About the event
The "Authentic Journey"
They say "HERstory" is made by those who show up—even when they’re nervous.
To be honest, I wasn't sure I had the "curator" title in me. I doubted the knowledge, the capability, and the vision. But here we are. I am SEWxcited to finally invite you to a mission that is bigger than my nerves: elevating the incredible female artists who trusted me with their work.
A huge round of applause to the artists for believing in the mission and assignment. Let’s celebrate HERstory together. ✨
Women's HERstory Month curated by Missouri Arts Council Honoree, award winning visual, teaching and performing artist Karen E. Griffin (KE). Join us at Creative Spark Gallery at Englewood Row as we honor and celebrate our foremothers through ART.
